Word for Today: Life
We have a life impulse and a death impulse. Each choice allows us to move toward the things which bring us life. If we don’t choose the path of growth, we can move toward that which drains us of life.

I am committing myself to this journey of exploration. The concept of a daily creative and soulful practice interlaced more consciously and deliberately with monastic wisdom feels like it may quench a thirst and a restlessness.
Welcome, Sandi! I love the way you describe the “restlessness” that comes everyday when we are not connected.
