BIBOLOVE is a philosophy and practice created by Soyinka Rahim in collaboration with InterPlay tools.
BIBO (bee-bo) abbr. 1: Breathe in, breathe out, (best used with sound: roar, sigh, hmmm, yumm, or shhhh). 2: To release tension (roar or sigh). 3: To think (hmmm). 4: To appreciate the good stuff (yumm). 5: To quiet your spirit or silence a room (Shhhh). [English]
BIBOLOVE is a philosophy to honor Flesh and Bones by chanting and celebrating SPIRITLOVE reminding and guiding us all. We allow our GSP – “Grassroots Spiritual Practitioner – spirits to guide our GPS – Global Positioning Systems – to reactivate peace, love, joy, health, happiness, grace, and ease.
BIBOLOVE is a focused breath with sound – roar, sigh, hmmm, yumm, shhh – to bring more ease to the nervous system while loving and living.
InterPlay* is a transformative practice of improvisational tools for movement, storytelling, and song. Accessible to everyone, these tools help us to connect to a playful and open spirit which nourishes our creativity. It is an active way to unlock the wisdom of the body.

Every act is a spiritual act when we breathe in, breathe out love.

Your Guide for the Journey
Soyinka Rahim (GSP) is a grassroots spiritual practitioner who is the founder and artistic director of BIBOLOVE – breathe in breathe out love. She was also the founder of OurThing Performing arts company, where she created the modern-day folk dance play An Altar Piece to Alter Peace, a multimedia, intergenerational performance piece for peace.
Her work BIBOLOVE taps into the power of sound, movement and visual art, raising the love vibration of peace, love, joy, happiness, health, grace and ease. BIBOLOVE supports our personal and collective life challenges by feeding the love frequencies for generational, cultural, racial, body and economic unity.
Soyinka has brought her wisdom as a spiritual director, conference weaver and workshop leader to InterPlay Certified Life practice, Facing Race, National Association for Independent Schools for teachers of color, Boys and Girl Clubs, Spiritual Directors International Conference, and the Parliament of World Religions.
