Way to go Christine!
Beautifully stated! I gladly sign the Monk Manifesto. May this be the beginning of widespread transformation, monks happily living everywhere!
Thank your for concise, pragmatic and deep spiritual manifesto. I sign it with gratitude and commitment. Peace, Shalom, Salaam.
It is helpful to have an understanding of what it means a monk in the world in such clear language and accesible form.
I will share this with a new friend. Blessings to you

thanks so much.
blessings, ann
I’m very late signing this manifesto because I’ve been living a very busy and un-monk-like life this week. The challenge is how to incorporate the pledge into those moments when the world takes over. But signing anyway, with whole heart.
These guidelines are universal – they resonats beautifully with my Buddhist practice. Thank you.
