Thank you so much…it is a wonderful set of principles!
I totally need this. I’m printing off the manifesto to carry around with me and put in my car and in the kitchen and my art studio. Thank you so much for helping me breathe and slow down and not miss my life in the all the mundane mind clutter. I’m always reminding myself that I’m a human being not a human doing.
How wonderful that you have created principles from which to live. Thank you for sharing them and inviting us to practice contemplative living.
