I have always felt that I a monk, but living a secular life. So happy to have found that others feels the same way.

A beautiful beginning to this chapter in my journey of living. Living in the present cultivating my whole being by recognizing and love and joy within solitude and community. Being alive and present in every moment and grateful for all including hardship and sorrow.
