Yoga with Melinda: Yin Yoga
with Melinda Thomas
Thursday, November 17, 2022
3-4 pm Ireland/UK time
Enter the holiday season with a quiet yin inspired practice. Expect seated and supine poses held for 3-5 minutes each allowing the body, mind and heart to settle into sacred time. Two blocks, a strap or scarf, and a blanket are recommended.
In our Abbey yoga classes Melinda blends principles of Benedictine and inclusive spirituality with gentle, fluid asanas (yoga postures) for an experience of contemplative movement. No prior yoga background necessary. All bodies welcome.
The program will be recorded for those who register. We will send a notification when it is available for viewing.
