BIBOLOVE is a philosophy to honor Flesh and Bones by chanting and celebrating SPIRITLOVE reminding and guiding us all. We allow our GSP – “Grassroots Spiritual Practitioner – spirits to guide our GPS – Global Positioning Systems – to reactivate peace, love, joy, health, happiness, grace, and ease.
BIBOLOVE is a focused breath with sound – roar, sigh, hmmm, yumm, shhh – to bring more ease to the nervous system while loving and living.
InterPlay* is a transformative practice of improvisational tools for movement, storytelling, and song. Accessible to everyone, these tools help us to connect to a playful and open spirit which nourishes our creativity. It is an active way to unlock the wisdom of the body.

Every act is a spiritual act when we breathe in, breathe out love.
