Well, this just feels like home. How lucky I was to find this. Continue to be surprised by how many deeply feel this call. I felt alone for a long time. It does my heart good to join with the rest of you.
I’m grateful to discover the Monk Manifesto — a gift as I prepare to begin grad school later this month at the age of 55!
Much thanks for the thoughtful manifesto–and a way to live deeply and simply in our world.
This so clearly aligns with my holding of busyness as fear disguised as passion…the accompanying commitments are welcome. Much gratitude.
With breathful gratitude, I say YES!
I’ll use this manifesto in my next art and meditation class. I’m very thankful for this list of the very things for our group to paint and speak about and meditate upon as we meet to express our spirits and at all times.
Looking forward to at least being able to do the free e-course, thank you for making that available for everyone.
Thank you!
What wonderful goals & inspirations to keep in mind each & every day!
Great to have support along the journey!
