Blogging Break
November 9, 2007 · by Christine
The winner of my drawing for a mini-set of my autumn prayer cards is Kathy Flugel Stone. Kathy if you send me your snail mail address by email I will send those out to you.
Thanks again to everyone who participated. It is always a magical confluence of words and exploration. I want to sit some more with your images for a while but it will have to wait until I return from teaching this coming week.
We have a wonderful group of women coming to our Awakening the Creative Spirit intensive from places like Alaska, Canada, California, Michigan, Minnesota, and as close as Seattle and Tacoma. We will spend the week playing and praying, dancing, making art, writing poetry, singing, and telling stories and learning how to use these gifts to be present to others in their spiritual journeys.
So even though I will have some email access I am not planning to blog this coming week. I should be back to this space around the 18th. Our next Poetry Party will be on November 26th (we’ll skip Thanksgiving week).
I ask for your prayers and blessings on this time ahead.

I just returned from Christine and Betsey’s Intensive and it was just wonderful. They are excellent teachers, which I am sure doesn’t surprise anyone. The other attendees were a warm and gifted bunch. As an added benefit, I got to meet the delightful Pam but I missed meeting Tune in person.
I just can’t say enough good about the experience!
