Praying With the Elements

Thank you all who left comments this week! I am grateful for your support and for your ideas of other readings to include reflections on, and how wonderful that so many of you shared your own poems. I am touched by the amazing artists and poets who visit here. If other readings come to you, please feel free to keep posting them. I am imagining the book to be about 50 pages, so each section would have 12 or so pages to include several reflections on each element and some photos. My hope is to have that done in the next couple of months, and then perhaps create a series if that goes smoothly.
And so, without further delay, the winners of the drawing this week is:
Ron at The Weary Pilgrim, Cathleen at Back Road Journey, and Cheryl Shay!
There were a total of 54 entries and while I was going to pick just one winner, I am feeling in a generous mood this morning (I think it’s the new dog!) so picked a total of three. I will contact you for mailing addresses and get those out to you in Tuesday’s mail. Thank you again to everyone who participated and offered such wonderful support.
I’ll have to think up some other contest ideas, that was fun! The new website is also in progress, can’t wait to unveil that soon. Lots of ideas are bubbling in this new open space in my life.

Bette, I am going to try Lulu and see how I like them. I want to do a book with color pages, so that gets more expensive but worth it I think. I’ll let you know how the process unfolds!

Hi Christine! I just wanted to add that I also love seeing all four elements together. I know you were looking at “tweeking” the Fire, but honestly it looks wonderful as it is, in this setting! This is indeed inspiring to witness your “work” unfold! And congrats to all the winners!
